Services

I offer a range of services for small and medium-sized business. They include, but are not limited to:

  • Business Planning – helping prepare your business for the coming year or years. Formal business planning allows a company to step away from day-to-day operations and focus on the longer term. This process helps set more realistic priorities and help find lost opportunities.
  • Risk Analysis – risk represents those things, good or bad, that can cause a business to move off its plans and projections. The Risk Analysis I do focuses on key issues that might impact the business and weights them on probability of occurance and the impact if it does.
  • Work-For-Hire Programming – from a one hour fix to a website to a three-month project to develop unique solutions, I use 40+ years of programming experience to efficiently help your business. You own the outcome when I’m done.
  • Shared Cost Programming – similar to Work-For-Hire, but instead of owning the intellectual property at the end, the company is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use it. This allows me to reduce the charges and market the program(s) to others.
  • Website Hosting – a perfect solution for small businesses. For a nominal fee, I offer everything necessary to put your company on the web.
  • Specific Industry Websites – see the products section for specific industry website packages.

Do you have need of a service not listed? Contact me and we’ll see if there is a fit.
